Membership

What is Direct Primary Care?

A membership-based approach where members pay a simple monthly fee for greater access and more personalized routine primary care, with access to additional services such as optometry, mental health counseling, physical therapy, occupational therapy, in-house labs and in-house pharmacy support.

How Rhema Membership Works

One simple monthly membership gives you greater access to personalized primary care, lower-cost visits and convenient access to additional health services.

Simple Monthly Membership

Choose the membership that fits you or your family and pay one predictable monthly fee for access to Rhema’s foundational health care model.

Care When
You Need It

Rhema membership is designed to support routine, preventive and ongoing health care. For larger medical needs outside Rhema’s scope of care, members may choose to pair their membership with additional protection.

Rhema FHC can be paired with Zion HealthShare, a medical cost-sharing community designed to help members share eligible larger medical expenses.

Zion HealthShare is separate from Rhema membership and is not health insurance.
